MY STORY

I am a living testimony of Envisioning and Living Your Best Life. Throughout my life journey, I have experienced life’s many disappointments and struggles. I struggled with depression and lacking self-confidence due to some negative life issues. At a tender age, I was diagnosed with scoliosis and therefore ended up having self-image issues. Losing my mum to lung cancer was extremely difficult for me, as I had to adjust to life without her. For a long period of time, I battled with suicidal thoughts and felt like life was not worth living. I didn’t understand my purpose in life. I struggled daily to stay focused and motivated. My Christian faith definitely helped me a lot to envision a better future. You may not believe in God but I can definitely say to you that no matter the situation keep trusting and believe that life definitely does get better. Finally, I realized I had to get out of my own way and change my mindset in order to truly become the person I wanted to be. I had to get back to me. I realized I had neglected my own happiness and contributed to my unhappiness by negative self-talk and sabotage. I had to realize that what I believed about myself and my life would ultimately manifest itself. Once I changed my mindset, I came to realize my true purpose in this chapter of my life: uplifting and inspiring others to be the best version of themselves. I’ve always loved helping others and being a positive influence in others' lives. I’ve always been the person that people come to in order to help them navigate their feelings, emotions, and life’s struggles. While I can’t change the world, I want to help inspire, empower, and motivate at least one person to become the best version of themselves.

Many people suffer from self-doubt and a lack of confidence in their abilities. They struggle to stay focused and often feel like nothing they do is good enough. There are many negative thoughts that run through our minds every day. Self-confidence can help you find success in your career, relationships and even hobbies. It can help you overcome any obstacles that come your way. In order to have self-confidence, one must first believe in themselves. Once they do, they will start to see the benefits of having self-confidence and how much it can help them throughout their lives. Self-confidence is the key to success in all aspects of life. It can help you achieve your goals, develop a healthy lifestyle and make new friends. People with high self-confidence are happier than those who lack it. They are also healthier, more successful and have better relationships. Tips on Overcoming Limiting Beliefs

A limiting belief is a false belief people usually have through personal experiences. It is very essential to change your limiting beliefs to achieve your SMART goals.


How do you overcome limiting beliefs?


Identify your limiting beliefs

Develop high levels of self-confidence using affirmations

Have affirmations that help with your self-confidence

Try new things which are out of your comfort zone

Create a plan of action that allows you to overcome your limiting beliefs.

Write 5 goals that you hope to achieve within 6 months.

Choose one goal out of the 5 goals which will have a positive impact when you achieve it. - This is your major goal

Set a deadline for when you hope to achieve this goal.

Set daily tasks which will help you to achieve your major goals.

Identify things that could hold you back such as personal commitments and work around them.

Create an action plan on how you will achieve your major goal.

If you want to achieve your major goal make sure you take action now and do not procrastinate.

Always remember that your past does not define you.

You have the power to change your future by being productive now (present)

Do not wait for the best moment where everything in your life is perfect before you achieve your goals.

Have a long-term plan such as 5 - 10 years - this will give your life a sense of meaning and purpose.

Celebrate the small achievements to motivate yourself to achieve the bigger achievements

Personal Budget Plan


The personal budget helps you to organize expenditures in order to know how much money is available for needs, wants, and savings. This can help people to make decisions about how to spend their money wisely.

The first step in creating a personal budget is to figure out how much money you make per month. You can find this by looking at your paycheck or by logging into your online banking account and looking at the amount of money in your account. Once you know how much you make, it’s time to figure out what expenses you have each month.

This includes things like rent, car payments, groceries, and entertainment.

Depending on what kind of person you are and what kind of lifestyle you lead, these expenses may be different for everyone.

It’s important to note that there are some monthly costs that are fixed while others are variable.

Fixed costs - such as rent - will stay the same whether you spend more or less during the month, while variable costs - such as gas - will change depending on how much gas you use throughout the month.

When creating a personal budget plan, you should first set your goals and then decide how to allocate your money. There are many different types of budgets, but the most common one is the 50/30/20 plan. This means that 50% of your monthly income goes towards necessities like rent or mortgage, 30% towards discretionary spending like food and entertainment, and 20% towards savings. 10% of your savings can go towards your emergency fund. This helps you to be prepared for any unexpected emergencies. The other 10% can go towards your personal savings.
